When you lead a hectic life juggling work and family, the last thing you need is project managing a build or having your home turned upside down. Chris has done brilliantly project managing all his tradespeople so that it minimised the impact on our home life.

All the dots were connected and jobs were done in the right order throughout. The work took longer than expected due to many unforeseen circumstances (which we’ve had our share of!), but the team dealt with this best they could, and went the extra mile to deliver on new requests throughout.

A huge thank you to everyone who has had a hand in creating our big new space! I shall strangely miss having you all around!

"The All in One Group has recently completed a single storey extension for us, along with various other refurbishments through the rest of the house.

They really are 'All in One'; they handled absolutely everything from start to finish, right down to fitting the carpets.

The whole team has been superb from our very first meeting, where Chris and the team welcomed us to their offices to discuss our plans.

Chris, the Managing Director, is very hands on, and was on site almost daily, along with the project/site manager Fletch.

Communication was faultless throughout the five month project.

Always solution-focused, Chris kept us updated regularly, taking time to listen carefully to what we wanted, guiding us when we were unsure, negotiating with us if what we wanted wasn’t possible and responding cheerfully when we added extra touches or made changes as the build developed! On the odd occasions that Chris was away from work, Fletch took over keeping us updated extremely effectively.

All in One weren’t the cheapest quote and we initially waited around eighteen months for our build to start, as the company is very popular, but it was definitely worth the wait and the cost. We were attracted by the complete service that is offered, as well as the fact that they undertake buildings inspection work, which gave us confidence in their professionalism and compliance with standards and regulations.

Once we had our plans from the architect and had obtained planning permission, Chris managed all the liaison with the local authority.

When it came to choosing fixtures and fittings, Chris suggested suppliers from whom we could chose, then All in One dealt with the ordering, delivery and fitting. They were also flexible and happy to order from new suppliers as well as installing items we had ordered ourselves.

The project management was excellent, we knew exactly who from the team would be coming to do what at each step of the build. At the end of each day they cleaned and tidied the site before leaving.

We found every single member of this skilled workforce to be friendly, respectful, responsive, trustworthy and good humoured and all went the extra mile, offering help wherever it was needed. We would like to offer special thanks to Chris, Fletch, Andrew, Kevin, Matt, Jamie, Danny and Cameron, and apologies to those we’ve missed, as they were all excellent!

The finish on our new build is outstanding; we couldn’t have asked for more.

Chris and the team are committed to not leaving the project until the customer is completely happy and that certainly was our experience. I also feel confident that the team would be responsive if any post-completion issues arise, although I don’t expect any.

We would definitely use All in One for any future work and would highly recommend them."

Chris and Fletcher were pretty much on site daily during the project to ensure the build is going according to plan. Several architectural issues which were not addressed on the plans by the architect were resolved in house by All in One.

Chris and Fletcher have always been available when I call them and I have called them a lot. Chris gave me regular updates during the project. All in One take care of everything including all the external contractors (roofing, garage doors, bi-folds, etc). which makes the whole process less stressful.

The lads on site have been amazing, polite and courteous. The neighbours have been very impressed with their professionalism and had very positive things to say about the team.

Special thanks to Andrew, Kevin, Matt, Phil and Jamie and anyone else I have missed out. They have done a high standard of work. They were always very accommodating, polite and very professional. They always turned up on time.

"The house required complete re-plastering, new kitchen and bathroom and much more. By the time they had finished it was like a brand new property.

I had a very good working relationship with Chris, the MD and his staff. He kept me informed of progress at all times and I intend to use the company again on future projects for my property portfolio.

"Without a great deal of fuss, we were soon able to reconfigure the plans. Making the actual building more to our preferred layout. This was mainly down to the guys at AiOG’s can do attitude.

Personally I was expecting the build to be a very stressful experience. However this was not to be. Work was carried out in a methodical and efficient manner. Planning was excellent. Building supplies were delivered and utilised accordingly. This allowed us to still be able to get cars back on drive.

There were unforeseen problems, like waiting for a composite door, but this is to be expected in the current climate. The staff who worked for AiOG were all great. Ground workers, Brick layer, joiners, electricians plasterers. The coordination by Chris and Paul was excellent and communication impeccable.

The building site was left safe and clean at the end of every working day, there working hours acceptable to the neighbours, never making noise early or late. I would definitely recommend All in One Group Ltd to complete your building project. I will personally keep their number on my phone for future projects."

"Every single workman that turned up at our house were so friendly and polite. This was also something our neighbours commented on and they also commented on how no disruption was caused during the project.

The team were very clean and tidied up at the end of each day. They turned up daily and were always really approachable. The work was always completed to an extremely high standard and this was monitored daily with site visits from the management team.

Taking on a project on your home can be a big step to take. However, from day one, Chris and Paul were extremely friendly and reassured us every step of the way. At times, we were worried and had many questions to ask but these were always answered in great detail which put us at rest throughout the process. "Firstly, I have no affiliation to the Company and have no relatives or friends employed by them. As to the work I commissioned, it is a rear extension and disabled ramp to a bungalow. The whole process was very straight forward from Planning permission, building permits etc they did it all.

The project was managed daily with site visits from the Management team The work was completed by an excellent professional team and their mantra appears to be "do it once, do it right". The project was constantly reviewed during the building process and any suggestions were discussed thoroughly and amendments agreed as necessary.

Once the decorating had been completed to a very high standard, the site was cleaned and the appropriate completion forms and certificates were given to me. As a retired electrician, I have a fair knowledge of the building trade and I have no problem in highly recommending the All in One Group to you reader as a highly skilled professional Organisation and I will certainly be commissioning them again at some point in the future.

"This time it was a total rebuild of the kitchen, including a new pitched roof with Velux windows, a new kitchen floor, installing a new french window opening out onto a new patio. and a full kitchen installation including white goods.

Throughout the team have been exemplary and have turned up in rain and shine and throughout Covid on time and with a smile.
