The Friendship Public House Conversion

The building was used as a public house until a few years ago when it was closed. The structure is over two floors and a basement which is constructed mainly from stonework, the roof covering is blue slate.

Unit 1 which is on the ground floor is to be converted into a retail unit for Sainsbury's ready for fit out, construct unit 2 is for a retail unit on the ground floor, unit 3 on the first floor are to be constructed for 4 self-contained apartments.

An Asbestos survey has been undertaken throughout the building which the report attached to this pre information document.

The works involves a soft strip of the internal of the building, dismantling of internal walls, installing new plasterboard wall partitions, doors including fire doors, removal of existing carpets and the erection of walls including new steel work, joinery works, M&E, minor roof repairs redecoration, new carpets and final cleaning.

General Principals of the Structural design are as follows: Removal of internal walls, Installation of new steel work.

Timescales for this project was a construction period of 8 weeks.

After successful completion All In One Group continue to provide integrated facilities management and property management services to the Building Owner.
